International wineries, breweries and chefs sample the world best know meals in the tasting hall bringing you some of the holidays sought after entrees for you to add on your dinner table during the warm Winter Months
The tasting hall also intertwined lifestyle vendors, artisans and business booths to give a great vibes and lets your sample settle before you venture onto the next booth.

MOVEMBER $25,000 GOAL
Vendors will receive a taxable donation receipt for the MOVEMBER Donation portion of their vendor fee under MOVEMBER MO-HOUSING Team ambitious goal to raise $25,000 to raise funds for men's health, suicide prevention, awarenesses and local resources to support boys, teens, young adults and men of all ages.

Ensuring that our vendors are prepped not only for the holiday season but for the estimated thousands in attendance at the Wine, Shine and Dine, we've got the staples covered so you can focus on what really matters the Menu!
Plus, food & beverage vendors can upgrade and have their products sold directly at the Bon Appetit Boutique, where customers can purchase directly for take home. An additional $375 fee applies per 2x5 shelf space with 4 tiers to cover the cost of credit card processing and restocking.
Note, to avoid confusion food & beverage vendors wishing to become a vendor will only be permitted in food & tasting hall for samples redemption and not as individual booth vendor, selling direct.
Additional request and show-services are available as Add-Ons for an additional charge.

Payment Options
After an approved application, payment can be made online at the AHC website, certified cheque or electronic transfer. Payment must be received in full by the deadline of any promotions end date to honour the discounted price and or savings.
Special Notes For Vendor Registration
All indoor booth spaces include (1) table, 2 Chairs, (2) Standard Electrical outlets. Additional items not included in the amenities are available a la carte through show services of the venue location or when booking your space.
The festival Wine, Shine and Dine retains exclusive rights to sell water and soda.
A Certificate of General Liability Insurance or Special Event Insurance for only the duration of the event is required, examples include festival or farmers market insurance providers. Please contact us if you require more details.
A special event temporary food permit may be used for farmers market vendors or those renting a commercial kitchen. Additional Health Forms may be required to fill out for each festival to comply with health notifications.
Open flame cooking and/or cooking onsite may require additional forms and/or inspection by the fire department on event day, including the necessary fire extinguishers. Fire extinguisher are available to rent for an additional fee in advance.
Absolutely No Alcoholic Beverages are allowed to be served or sample at the Montreal Wine, Shine and Dine in order to comply with regulations.
Vendors serving alcoholic beverages must have at least (1) staff member with Proserve license (or similar in province). Wine, Shine and Dine does have Proserve staff members to hire for an additional fee at selected cities.
The festival does not guarantee the availability of credit card processing or internet access. Wi-Fi service is available, and cell service is generally good.
There is no guarantee of exclusivity in any product area.
Vendor and sponsor locations are at the discretion of the festival and may change at any time without notice.
Vendor booths are only secured when registration fees are paid. Fees are due upon application completion, and both vendor and sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations can be made for any reason prior to the final payment of booth fees.
In the event that a vendor is not accepted by the provincial health department prior to move-in date, only then will the vendor fee be refunded (minus the donation portion)
